Phoenix Sales, Inc. was started with a small warehouse in Longwood, Florida in 1990. Scott Hall and Paul Schauer formed their partnership to respond to the demands for a commercial oriented distributor to supply specialty products, roof coatings, and single-ply systems. In fact Phoenix Sales, an exclusive distributor of Stevens single-ply, was a leader in developing Florida's single-ply market.

In 2006, Jim Coston joined Scott Hall in a partnership to drive our vision to be Florida's preeminent commercial roofing distributor. Today, Phoenix has grown with locations in Tampa, Orlando, and Pompano Beach. Our product offerings have diversified to include a full line of BUR, cold applied, fluid applied, and additional single-ply systems. We've also added new services such as roof top deliveries, tapered quotes, and centralized job quoting. What has not changed is our original mission to be the most technically knowledgeable distributor in our markets and also a commitment to stock accessories, equipment, and specialty products not found in most distributor locations.
